Instructions
Use B. Kamins Eyelash Fortifier nightly, on cleansed eyelashes, just before bedtime. Using the applicator tip, apply a very small amount of gel to the base of the upper lash line. Pat gently with a clean fingertip to distribute evenly along the roots of the lashes and onto the eyelashes themselves.
