Containing the active ingredient Jojoba Oil and Beeswax, this pencil glides across the skin without snagging to give a precise line with long lasting color. Added Vitamin E ensures that the pencil is kind to the delicate skin surrounding the eyes. Colorescience Eye Pencil can be used on all skin types.
Instructions
Sharpen eye pencil before each use. Apply to top and/or bottom lash lines. For a thinner line, sharpen pencil to a fine point and use light strokes. For a thicker, more dramatic line, use a less sharpened point and broad strokes.
