Colorescience Liquid Liner has been specifically formulated to define and enhance the eyes. Containing mineral pigments, this effective formula is long lasting and waterproof yet can easily be removed using a suitable cleanser or makeup remover. Colorescience Liquid Liner is available in both black and brown and is suitable for all skin types.
Instructions
Apply at the base of the lashes on your top eyelid.

DI Water (Aqua), Acrylates Copolymer, Cyclopentasiloxane, Propylene Glycol, Dimethicone, PVP, Stearic Acid, Glyceryl Stearate (and) PEG-100 Stearate, Triethanolamine, Phenoxyethanol. May Contain: Iron Oxides and Iron Oxide Black.
