Instructions
Pour the contents of one sachet into the bath tub and fill with water at about 37°C (98.6°F). Remain in the bath between 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, relax for approximately 30 minutes while wrapped in a bathrobe. Follow with a cool shower and then apply a body cream.
