How do I track my order? To track the status of your order, you will need to log-in to your Skinthology.com account. Please go to "My Account". What are your shipping costs? Orders are usually processed in 1-2 business days and shipped the next business day.
- All orders under $45 within the USA are eligible for $5 Flat Rate Standard Shipping
- All orders over $45 within the USA are eligible for FREE USPS Priority Shipping.
- We reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods such as UPS and FedEx at our sole discretion, at no additional charges.
- We do not ship to international locations.

shipping costs are available by viewing your shopping cart, and final
shipping costs are displayed on the order confirmation page. How long does it take to process my orders? Orders are usually processed in 1 to 2 business days and shipped the following business day via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited orders are shipped the same day if order is received before 12 p.m. PST. How do I return a product? Products can only be returned for a refund within14 days after RMA# is issued and within 45 days of purchase in its original factory sealed packaging. Please contact orders@skinthology.com for a RMA#. Include a copy of your receipt, RMA#, and product in a secured packaging. How long does it take to receive my orders? Our products are shipped from Southern California which can take anywhere from 1 to 3 days, depending on your location. What if I am allergic to the products I purchased? Products should not be purchased or used without consultation from your dermatologist, physician, or skin care specialist. We assume no responsibility in any and all cases that produce negative affects on our customers. We are merely a distributor of the products that we carry and cannot provide manufacturer guarantees for the effectiveness of the products.
