How do I track my order?
To track the status of your order, you will need to log-in to your Skinthology.com account. Please go to "My Account".
What are your shipping costs?
Orders are usually processed in 1-2 business days and shipped the next business day.
shipping costs are available by viewing your shopping cart, and final
shipping costs are displayed on the order confirmation page.
- All orders under $45 within the USA are eligible for $5 Flat Rate Standard Shipping
- All orders over $45 within the USA are eligible for FREE USPS Priority Shipping.
- We reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods such as UPS and FedEx at our sole discretion, at no additional charges.
- We do not ship to international locations.
How long does it take to process my orders?
Orders are usually processed in 1 to 2 business days and shipped the following business day via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited orders are shipped the same day if order is received before 12 p.m. PST.
How do I return a product?
Products can only be returned for a refund within 14 days after RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) is issued and within 30 days from shipment receipt date in its original factory sealed packaging. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Include a copy of your receipt, RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number), and product in a secured packaging.
- All returns (defective or non-defective products) are subject to inspection and must be in the original seal and packaging to be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipment charges unless otherwise stated when the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) is issued.
- We encourage shipping returns with tracking as we are not responsible for returned items that become damaged or lost in transit.
How long does it take to receive my orders?
Our products are shipped from Southern California which can take anywhere from 1 to 3 days, depending on your location.
What if I am allergic to the products I purchased?
Products should not be purchased or used without consultation from your dermatologist, physician, or skin care specialist. We assume no responsibility in any and all cases that produce negative affects on our customers. We are merely a distributor of the products that we carry and cannot provide manufacturer guarantees for the effectiveness of the products.
