Order Processing and Free Shipping Policy
Orders are usually processed in 1-2 business days and shipped the next business day.
- All orders under $45 within the USA are eligible for $5 Flat Rate Standard Shipping.
- All orders over $45 within the USA are eligible for FREE USPS Priority Shipping.
- We do not ship to international locations.
- We reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods such as UPS and FedEx at our sole discretion and to substitute and
upgrade the free gift(s) to items of equal or greater value, at no
additional charge and without further notice.
- Also, please note that orders are charged at the time of order placement, not at the time of shipping.

45-Day Return Policy
Skinthology.com offers a 45-day return policy. Please note that we will only accept returns on unopened items within 45 days of purchase which are in the original seal and packaging and that we cannot be held responsible for returned items that become lost in transit. To make a return, please email orders@skinthology.com to request a RMA#. Include a copy of the receipt along with the product in a secured shipping package. No refunds will be issued without a RMA#.
Best Price Protection
If you find a lower total purchase price (including product, coupons/discounts, gifts with purchase, and any shipping & handling charges) from another website on a new identical item within 14 days of your Skinthology.com purchase, we will refund you the difference between our price and their advertised price. Terms & Conditions for best price protection is below:
- Product must be identical, including the manufacturer's product #, size, lot, and gifts with purchase (e.g., free travel size gifts)
- Valid webstore advertisements from corporate Obagi Medical Products and Kinerase distributors only, auctions and individuals excluded

We can offer good deals because we source direct and in bulk. Backorder Policy We try to keep every item in stock but sometimes due to strong demand, some products may be backordered. We will notify you immediately if any product is backordered. Backordered items are usually shipped within 7-14 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Product Purchasing Guidelines Products should not be purchased or used without consultation from your dermatologist, physician, or skin care specialist. We assume no responsibility in any and all cases that produce negative affects on our customers. We are merely a distributor of the products that we carry and cannot provide manufacturer guarantees for the effectiveness of the products.
