Shipping Policy
Orders are usually processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Average delivery time ranges from 3 to 8 business days depending on location.

- We DO NOT ship outside of USA.
For expedited shipping charges, please contact [email protected] or call (855) 668-6334 (Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5PM PST). For same day expedited shipping, requests need to be made by 12 pm PST.
For multiple orders placed on the same day by the same customer, we reserve the right to combine these orders into one shipment.
In the event adjustments to your order are necessary, applications of coupons, gift certificates or product adjustments, requests must be made prior to shipping.
Return Policy
30-day return policy on all orders
- Returns are only accepted on defective / unopened items within 30 days of shipment receipt date.
- All returns are subject to inspection and must be in the original seal and packaging to be accepted.
- We are NOT responsible for returned items that become lost or damaged in transit.
Return Instructions
To make a return, please email [email protected] to request a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Include a copy of the receipt along with the product in a secured shipping package. No refunds will be issued without a RMA#.
- All returns are subject to inspection and must be in the original seal and packaging to be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipment charges unless otherwise stated when the RMA# is issued.
- We encourage shipping returns with tracking as we are not responsible for returned items that become damaged or lost in transit.
Please note that you must contact Skinthology.com within 30 days of shipment receipt date regarding product issues or delivery status. Skinthology.com cannot be held responsible for such issues if contacted beyond 30 days from the date of shipment receipt.
Gift with Purchase Policy
Skinthology.com reserves the right to substitute and upgrade the free gift(s) to items of equal or greater value, at no additional charge and without further notice.
Backorder Policy
In the rare case that an item becomes backordered, a notification email will be sent to you. The full payment for the order is due at the time of order placement. This helps us secure any backordered products from the manufacturer as soon as they become available.
